Terms of Service
Last updated 31 October 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of Campus to Corporation (campustocorporation.com, its web app, mobile app and browser extension), and to any subscription you buy from us. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy; the referral program has its own Referral Terms. You can reach us at support@campustocorporation.com.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate details when you sign up.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens in your account.
3. Plans
We offer these plans. What each includes and its current price are shown on our pricing page.
- Free: no payment, with lower usage limits. Some features are available on paid plans only.
- Pro and Premium: paid subscriptions with higher limits and more features.
- Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): a paid subscription where AI features run on an AI provider key you add yourself. You are responsible for that key, for keeping it valid and for any charges and terms of the provider that issued it. We store the key encrypted and use it only to run your own requests. While no working key is saved, your account has the Free plan's limits.
4. Usage limits
Every plan has usage limits per feature, listed on our pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, a limit counts your uses over the last 30 days. A use counts only when it succeeds: if a request fails because of a fault on our side or at our AI provider, it is not counted. We may slow down or temporarily block use that puts unusual load on the service.
5. Prices, payment and renewal
- Prices are shown on our pricing page. Any tax that applies where you live (such as VAT or GST) is worked out from your billing address and shown at checkout, with the total, before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription is billed in advance and renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, or yearly where offered) until you cancel it.
- An introductory discount applies only to the period stated in the offer. After that, the subscription renews at the regular price shown when you subscribed.
- You can hold one subscription at a time.
- If a payment fails, our payment provider will try again over the following days. If the payment still cannot be collected, the subscription ends and your account moves to the Free plan.
- We will tell you at least 30 days in advance by email before a price change applies to your subscription. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
6. Changing or cancelling your plan
You can switch plans or cancel at any time under Manage subscription on the pricing page. When you switch, the difference in price is calculated pro rata for the rest of the current billing period. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; you are not charged again, and your account then moves to the Free plan. Your saved documents stay in your account.
7. Refunds
On top of your statutory rights (see section 8), we offer these refunds:
- Monthly subscriptions: if you cancel within 14 days of the start of a billing period, we refund the unused part of that period pro rata.
- Yearly subscriptions: if you cancel within 3 months of the start of a billing period, we refund the unused part of that period pro rata.
For these refunds we deduct the transaction fee our payment provider charged us for the payment. To ask for a refund, email support@campustocorporation.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you subscribe.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example an email to support@campustocorporation.com) before the 14 days have passed. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you for the subscription within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you paid with, at no cost to you. If you asked for the service to start during the withdrawal period (which happens when you subscribe and start using your plan straight away), you pay an amount proportionate to the part of the period you had the service before you told us you were withdrawing; we deduct it from the refund.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: ______
Ordered on: ______
Name: ______
Email address of the account: ______
Date: ______
If you live in Australia, nothing in these terms limits the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Acceptable use
You may not:
- open more than one account, or use another person's account;
- use VPNs, proxies, Tor or device emulators to disguise your identity or location, or to get around usage limits, regional restrictions or fraud checks;
- scrape the service, use bots to send requests, or try to reverse engineer, overload or break into it;
- upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use;
- resell the service or its results as your own product.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. Where we can, we will warn you first.
10. Your content and AI results
You keep all rights to the resumes, documents and other content you upload. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Many features use AI. AI results can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check every resume, cover letter and application answer before you use it. You decide what you send to employers, and our browser extension never submits an application for you. We do not promise that you will get an interview, a job or a visa. Our guides and calculators are general information, not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice.
11. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will run without interruption. We may improve or change features. If a change significantly reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel; for a yearly plan we then refund the unused part of the period pro rata.
12. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time; the Privacy Policy explains how. Cancel any paid subscription first. We may close your account for a serious breach of these terms; if we do so without your fault, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
13. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where a statutory law requires it. For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an obligation that is essential to the contract and that you rely on; in that case our liability is limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will email you at least 30 days before the changes apply to you. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription before then.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
